About White Hat Harbor

White Hat Harbor is the trading name of Michael Costa, an independent developer. I make small apps that each do one job, and I sell them through the stores where people already look for them.

What I make

• Pull Request Status Sync for Jira, a Jira Cloud app built on Atlassian Forge, for the Atlassian Marketplace.
• Two Chrome extensions: Tech Stack & SEO Inspector and AI Markdown Copier.
• Echidna Web Data, a free plugin that gives Claude web-data tools.
• 23 Actors on the Apify Store for SEO audits, pages and documents as text, jobs, tenders, company registers and SEC filings.

The rules every app follows

• Read-only where possible. The Jira app reads your pull requests and never pushes, comments, approves or merges. The Apify Actors read public pages and public APIs and never log in to a site.
• On your computer where possible. Both Chrome extensions do their work in your browser. Nothing about the pages you inspect or copy is sent anywhere.
• Say exactly what it touches. Each app's docs list every permission it asks for and why, and its privacy policy says what it stores and where.
• Prices on the page. Every app has a free tier or free credit, and every price is on the pricing page. No sales calls, no "contact us for pricing".
