White Hat Harbor

Refund policy

When you get your money back for something you bought from me through Polar, and how to ask. Last updated 4 October 2026.

ProductRefund
QuietMap address report, day passDelivered instantly, so no refund once it's delivered, except when something went wrong: the address was put in the wrong place, isn't covered, or the report or pass didn't work
QuietMap hunt pass, White Hat Harbor ProCancel any time, with no further charges; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds when something went wrong

QuietMap report and day pass

Reports and day passes are delivered the moment you pay, so they aren't refundable once delivered. I'll refund one in full, at any time, if:

You can see an address's quiet score and a full sample report free before you buy.

A refunded report link stops opening the report, and a refunded day pass key stops working.

Hunt pass and White Hat Harbor Pro

Cancel any time in Polar's customer portal: sign in with the email address you paid with and cancel the subscription. You won't be charged again, and the hunt pass or Pro keeps working to the end of the month or year you paid for. There are no partial refunds for the rest of a period.

I'll refund a charge if the hunt pass or Pro didn't work and I couldn't fix it for you. A refund also ends the subscription, so the key stops working.

Always refunded

If something else went wrong, write to me anyway. I'd rather make it right than leave you stuck.

How to ask

Email support@whitehatharbor.com from the address you paid with, and include the order or invoice number from Polar's receipt email (you can also find it in Polar's customer portal). Say which of the reasons above applies; for a report, the address. Support hours are on the support page. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Polar; your bank decides how soon it shows.

If you'd rather go to the seller directly, Polar handles billing questions at support@polar.sh.

Please write to me before disputing a charge with your bank. It's faster, and a chargeback ends the report link or key straight away.

Polar and your rights

Polar is the merchant of record, so Polar's Buyer Terms also apply, and Polar may refund a purchase on its own within 60 days. This policy adds to those terms and doesn't limit Polar's decisions or any refund rights you have under the law where you live. The rest of the terms for these products are in the terms of sale.
