Pull Request Status Sync for Jira

Terms of use

Last updated 26 September 2026.

These terms cover the Pull Request Status Sync app for Jira Cloud ("the app"), built and supported by Michael Costa, trading as White Hat Harbor ("we"). By installing or using the app, you ("the customer") agree to them. If you don't agree, don't install the app, or uninstall it.

License

You get the app through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian handles subscriptions, billing and license terms for the period you've paid for. While your subscription is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the Jira Cloud sites it's licensed for. You may not resell, copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms. Atlassian's Marketplace terms for customers also apply, and where they conflict with these terms, Atlassian's terms win.

Your responsibilities

Data

The app runs on Atlassian Forge, and we run no servers of our own. The privacy policy describes what the app processes and stores. The security page describes how credentials are protected.

Support and changes

Support is described on the support page, with response times in the SLA. We may update the app to fix problems, add features or follow changes in Jira, Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab or Forge. If a code host or Atlassian changes or removes an API the app depends on, some features may stop working until we can adapt.

Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every ticket will be moved at the moment its pull requests are approved.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Your right to use it ends when your subscription ends or if you breach these terms. What happens to stored data after uninstalling is covered in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We'll post changes on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
