Troubleshooting
Common questions. Still stuck? Contact support.
- "Not configured". A Jira admin needs to connect a code host (Bitbucket, GitHub or GitLab) and save its token in Settings → Apps → Pull Request Status Sync settings.
- "Couldn't confirm PR approvals". The code host returned an error. Check that the token hasn't expired and can read the repository named in the message.
- A PR isn't found. Put the ticket key in the PR title. Bitbucket also matches the branch name; GitHub and GitLab also match the description.
- Tickets aren't moving. Check there's at least one rule under Move tickets, and that the rule's From status matches the ticket's status. Activity on the settings page shows each ticket's decision and why.
- Moves take up to an hour. That's the hourly check. Add webhooks (step 5 in the docs) for moves within seconds.
- Webhook deliveries are rejected. The secret in the code host doesn't match. Copy it again from the settings page, or regenerate it and update every webhook.
- "More than one check can read". Your workspace has many repositories. List each project's repositories under Repositories by project.
- I can't add the validator. The optional gate works only in company-managed workflows.
